No grad school-related mail today, but I got an email from Northeastern today. They're having an open house next weekend and I'm "strongly encouraged" to attend. I would go if it was an interview and my admission/funding decisions were contingent on my attendance, but there's no way that I can go to Boston for a day or weekend. (Now if Penn offered me an interview/open house weekend I'd hop on a plane right away...Plus, my sister-out-law is there so I could possibly stay in the dorms and pretend I'm an undergrad again)

It's now 44 degrees outside and sunny. I've got the windows open and the kittens are sitting on the windowsills. I think I might go for a run (!!) or finally drag my bike out of the basement (I miss my bike so much...I hate taking the bus down to class). Tonight we're going out to dinner at the Arbat, Madison's premiere Russian restaurant! I will not be having the borscht.
