Holy crap! I'm 25!

I'm 25! Colette made me a rose-shaped Bundt cake which was delicious. (It's her secret recipe, she makes me this cake every year...maybe I can convince her to make me one when it's not my birthday, too.) My birthday was fun. We went to the Sow's Ear, a cute little yarn-coffee shop. I got a free mocha and a free scone because it was my birthday. Went out for Lao-Thai food at Vientiene Palace (the fancier one, not the one with light pink walls) then came back home to make cake, knit and drink cosmos. I got some wonderful presents - a crock pot from my mom and a new toaster and coffee grinder from Colette, knitting needles and stitch markers from Sara, and an ulu (mine was a Mezzaluna from KitchenAid) from Inky. And I bought myself some yarn on eBay.

It was a good birthday, and yes, I did find a new wrinkle.
