free lunch
I love Panera. Today I got (what was supposed to be) a hot sandwich and salad. The sandwich was cold, they made me a new one and I got my money back because I had to wait an extra half hour.

A half hour? That's insane! No wonder they gave you your monies back.
I always really liked Panera until I went with my mom once. She asked if it was possible to keep one thing off her sandwich, but they said they couldn't, as it all came pre made, and they just heated it up. I realize that that's how a lot of chain quick-food is, but man. It's a little weird to be told flat out that they don't actually do any cooking.
