it's cold. "feels like" 7 degrees cold. i wish i had heat in my apartment. instead, i have a 6-inch, $15 "heater fan" from walgreens which blows out hot air. according to the "building manager" the guys upstairs control the heat...so i have to talk to them...because if i'm cold that means everyone else is cold, too. i guess it's my responsibility to tell them to turn on the damn heat when its 20 degrees outside!

so i'm incredibly stressed. i'm spending way more time than i should be on the class i'm teaching. i'm there al day, meeting with students, answering their emails and questions, grading their papers, etc. this job is much much more than part time.
applying for grad school, social psych PhD programs. i really need to work on my essay and decide on which schools i'm for sure applying to. right now i'm all over the place, really disorganized. it's also highly recommended that i retake the GRE. when the f am i supposed to do that?!
argh.
on a better note, the gerbils had babies a few weeks ago, they're getting cuter by the day and are constantly chirping. there should be another litter or two born in the next week.
i live in a zoo. a very cold zoo.
