Kites on Ice

Kites on Ice is a festival in madison where you go out on the lake and fly kites! i think it's the only kite festival that takes place on a lake. (go figure - who would go and think to fly kites on a lake?!) anyway, its a lot of fun, drawing kiters "from around the world" (there were kiters from Belgium, Canada and Germany - i don't think that qualifies as "around the world" but hey, they tried).
