it's snowing! it's beautiful outside, the sky is purpley-grey and everything is quiet and still. they say 8 inches tonight - which would be fabulous, because then i can just hibernate and not leave the house tomorrow.

going to NY in a few days, very excited. i haven't been to the city for something like 5 years. i'm looking forward to eating some real pizza, good art and aimless wandering.

got the iPod yesterday, but my computer is a bit outdated so i need to get a new usb 2.0 port. so - while i have the iPod, i can't use it till i get this other gadget.
